DECEMBER
Last trophie last days of the year - 1st place in teams, 2nd individual :)

Was a competition in deadlift and benchpress. It was a team competition and it was about Nr. of reps during some time period.
Women had 154lbs for deadlift and 77lbs for benchpress and time limit was 20 and 12 minutes.
In concurence of 4 teams women team won over men with the difference of 506 reps (almost one half).
Best competitor was Eva Hornakova (IFBB bodybuilder) with unbelievable 180 reps for deadlift and 156 reps for benchpress,
I was 2nd with 98 reps deadlift and 140 reps benchpress and 3rd was Karolina Holubcova (also bodybuilder, but NABBA as me) with 96 reps
deadlift and 131 reps benchpress. We won last trophie, which was only one for the team so we gave it to Eva to her fitnescentre.

NOVEMBER
Overall Chart of Competitors of NABBA Czech
11-30-2009 This day was publlished end of the season NABBA 2009 - the overall chart of top competitors, placed in finals of Nationals,
World and Universe. So here it is.
I am sharing my 7th-8th place with 13 points and I am still in the TOP 10 for this year.

My friend Nikol Keselova married.
10-07-2009 We were at wedding of my friend Nikol, who married David Pospisil in Hradec Kralove in the beautifull park.
 Because Nikol is well known as IFBB representant, she was also featured in World of bodybuilding media....
Including naming me beside others as her bb. company

SEPTEMBER
Benchpress open competition in Mlada Boleslav - 2nd place

I competed on OPEN Benchpress meet - GP of Mlada Boleslav town. There was a raw category, what was great for me.
There was a nice concurence of 8 girls in this category so competing was interesting.
Also there was a lot of NABBA bodybuilders in the auditorium,
so was a great time chatting with them I placed 2nd with 176 lbs raw benchpress...
After only 3 weeks of training I was not able to do 200lbs this time....Anyway was a fine day.

JUNE
NABBA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Slovakia - 4th place.

06-12/14-2009
I was unexpectably nominated to our National team A class and went to Slovakia to Kosice, where was held the World Championship
of NABBA.
I started in Figure II class. I had 2nd biggest class - 12 girls. In Figure I there was 7 girls and Physique 2 girls.
I placed nice 4th place, something I might only to dream about. So this season is my best ever!

NABBA Nationals 2009

The peak of my precontest was here - I competed on NABBA nationals in joined class "Figure".
I came in my best shape ever and placed 2nd.
Who beated me was Katka Kyptova, who came harder than me.
Despite that we had one whole callout only for us two. I am flattered by that.

I was introduced as new NABBA competitor in article on official NABBA sites.
Also will oficially represent my coach finally, what means a lot for me. Article is in Czech Languague.

MARCH 2009

I competed at Nationals in Benchpress in category under 148.5 lbs - 1st place
.
03-27-28 - 2009 
I started with only 154lbs bodyweight  - as I was told to start really SURE. I was a little bit unsure but from the view of people it was easy
so I went up to 176lbs in the next attempt. That was super easy and the barbell almost flew through the roof. So I decided to try 200lbs.
On 200 in the beggining it started to vibrate but than it was easy. But than was a bad surprise when it was not approved as fine attempt (2:1).
I did a downswing at the end. I was raw - no shirt.
Anyway I won my weight cathegory, but in the absolute chart I was 6th. This was my first competition and I DID the 200lbs
(never m ind it was not technically clear) ..... And a lot of pwl told me that I looked pretty sure during attempts what is also not so ussual thing for
a newbie. I had 2 of 3 attempts approved. Some girls had only 1 attempt of 3. Also the athmosphere was fine.
So even I am a little bit dissappointed I did not do 200lbs officially - I am satisfied with the overall feeling.
I did raw same weights as girls in shirts.
